The Good: Tons of interfaces - HDMI, SVGA, USB, RCA, Coax, S-Video. Compact design for small spaces. Nice loud sound.
The Bad: Takes about 10 seconds to "boot up" Changing channels is pretty slow at times, especially if the tuner doesn't tune in the channel right away. You keep pressing the channel up or down buttons but there is a lag.
Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought it for my wife, who has wanted a TV in the kitchen for a long time. I use it as a wall-mounted unit, but have also used it as a PC monitor in a pinch. The DVD player works well, and I used the USB port to listen to MP3s and podcasts.
Being a digital receiver, it doesn't get very good reception with a non-powered antenna. I used an indoor antenna on top of a cabinet that is mounted to an exterior wall, but still could not get some over the air channels who's towers are literally in my line-of-site.
I now have it connected via cable and the picture quality for HD is pretty good.
I would recommend this purchase to anybody.

Places DVD well but picture quality poor. If it sits on shelf above you to view it must be tilted. Very annoying!

I was constrained by space requirements and could not purchase anything larger than a 15" TV, and when I came across one that had a built in DVD player I thought that would be great. Well, of course right after I bought it it went on sale, and only 18 months after purchasing it, the DVD player stopped working (the TV itself functions perfectly well however). I expected this would happen, and when I called the place where I purchased it, they said "good luck"...when I called Coby (the actual alleged manufacturer...I guess now called "importer") they also said "good luck." I asked the man if he were really proud to work with a company like Coby, that doesn't stand behind its products. He basically didn't give a hoot. You take your chances with this one.

Very good picture quality, the size is perfect and it mounts with very little effort. HOWEVER, the sound is a little weak so we have been using a suplemental Bose speaker system with the TV. Recently the sound to the speaker system became intermittent, we unplugged the speakers thinking they might be the problem but nope, the sound from the TV was completely inoperative. I called COBY and they told me that the warranty was only 90 days. Time to buy another brand.

Great product for an unbeatable price. The only drawback is the slow reaction time of the unit, but that should be expected for the price. I love that it is a monitor too, that will save space in my daughter's room when we get her a computer in the future. TV, DVD, Monitor, SD card reader-can't find that for anywhere near the price. I am very happy. And it came with the HDMI cable and the wall mount for this price!
