Note: Reception of over the air signal depends on your location. Lack of reception does not indicate a defective product, but merely a weak transmission signal. This product was purchased as a gift for a relative. It surpasses the previous handheld HDTV because it has build in DVD player and pedestal. Recipient is very pleased with all features of the product.

Big price for absolutely not one single channel to come in. I called Haier customer service and they said the tuner was very small and it's not unusual for nothing to come in depending on where you live.

I thought it was great when I just it the first time. My husband watch one movie on it and got only one channel with antenna. Now the door on the dvd play gets stuck and the dvd player will not even play a dvd. Not even the first movie we watched. This really sucks!

Arrived with broken DVD door & locking mechanism. Had to send back to manufacturer for repairs at own expense of postage!!!!

GREAT ITEM BOUGHT 2 OF THEM. *I had to use a splitter to hook up my cable to the TV. DVD works fine on both TV'S.
